About our Business
CRITCHLOW LABOUR COLLEGE, was established in 1968, by Guyana Trade Union Congress (GTUC) to cater for the specific, educational needs of its workers, initially, but has since evolved to meet the new and emerging, educational needs of the population.
It is with this in mind, couple with their core belief and philosophy, that access to education (especially for the working-class) should not be predicated on time, cost and age, that their flagship programs (Pearson BTEC, LCCI and I. S. S. Courses) were introduced, to offer quality education, training and qualification to the population, for a fraction of their market value.
The Mission of this Vision is not only evident in the thousands of adults, especially single parents, they have helped matriculate /progress to reputable local and international universities, final year, degree, programs but also in the quality of their lecturers, N. A. C. , CANQATE and U. G. Recognition /Accreditation. All of which bear testimony to the quality of their education and qualifications
